Mike has a focus and interest in enhancing workforce performance and workflow efficiency within HR & IT-related roles and responsibilities across North America, Europe, and Asia.

Mike possesses broad HR and IT experience with a proven track record in organizational change, workforce data analytics, and acquisition integration. His professional career includes being the Head of HR & IT at two global pharmaceutical companies and has practiced HR & IT in over 17 different countries around the world.

Susan Hanan

Susan uses her entrepreneurial experience to partner with CEO’s and their executive teams to increase leadership capacity and enhance company performance. By aligning leadership style and business processes with corporate values and culture, she helps organizations understand, prepare for, and realize the significance of effective, cohesive teams.
 
Susan brings passion and extensive experience to her clients, providing creative and visionary leadership support, executive coaching and strategic planning which ensure a high performing organization. Her professional career includes the role of dean and board member positions in higher education, executive roles in the pharmaceutical industry and global consulting roles in biotech companies and medical research institutes.

Christy Paskevich

Christy is often referred to as the 'heart' of the company. She creates and executes innovative strategies that drive employee engagement at all levels, allowing people to feel a connection with the company, its mission, values and culture, as well as among one another.

Christy is a strong communicator with an HR and internal communications background. Christy is unique because she brings people together by quickly taking pulse and identifying the needs of people, and has an ability to develop creative solutions to help address those needs. Christy is an active advocate for employee experience and as result, people in the organization are more productive and in touch with the company and the shared culture. 

Krishna Venigandla

Krishna Venigandla brings over 25 years of experience in business intelligence, data integration, and analytics to the partnership with Apex Consulting Partners. As the CEO of Data Domain Experts, LLC, Krishna runs our payroll for all overseas resources in India. Krishna has led teams in developing end-to-end consulting services for Biotech and Pharma companies.

Krishna’s expertise includes SaaS application support, data integration, and BI/EDW solutions. With a deep background in big data, and AI-driven analytics, Krishna’s expertise will help clients harness the power of data to drive strategic decisions.
